Problem:

"Cooking sausages, frying burgers - just enjoying a cheat meal or two, I noticed all the meats sat in their own fats when frying. 

I wanted the food - but I didn't want ALL that excess fat that came with it!

I would routinely tip up the corner of the frying pan to let the fat drain way from the food! 

Wet Burgers, Fatty Sausages and Soggy Buns - No Thanks!

"A Sloping Grill Pan - a pan like no other! A Grill pan with an internal gradient that allows the excess fats to simply drain away while you cook - The Fat Catcher!

Pen to paper, working on the perfect gradient, sourcing the finest materials from all around the world, together we created a masterpiece.

Made in Italy, stamped from one piece of aircraft grade aluminium, 8mm at its thickest point, The Fat Catcher Grill Pan was born.

We opted for a Ceramic Non-Stick coating. PTFE FREE, clean, healthy and durable enough to match the quality fo the build!
